Dr Boghara completed his residency in Family Medicine from Trover Health System, Madisonville, KY in 2011 and went on to earn his MBA in Health Care Management from University of Texas in 2015.

Dr. Boghara’s background includes Hospitalist Director for Apogee Physicians, Palestine, TX, Facility Medical Director for Methodist Charlton Medical Center, and Medical Director for WellMed Medical Management.

Dr. Boghara started CareFirst Primary and Wellness Centers in September 2016 by acquiring Adelitas Medical Clinic, N.W.H. PLC. In Dallas, Texas. After acquiring his first medical practice, Dr. Boghara opened a second medical practice in DeSoto, Texas in September 2017. By 2019 he had acquired a total of Ten (10) Family Medicine practices within the Dallas Metroplex.

In March 2021 Dr. Boghara sold CareFirst Medical Group, PLLC to WellMed Management (a division of United Healthcare). In December 2021 Dr. Boghara acquired Southern Plains Medical Center and all its assets including Real Property in Chickasha, Anadarko, and Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. In early 2022 Dr Boghara acquired More MD in Surprise, Arizona along with practices in Kingman, Prescott, Gilbert and Lake Havasu City.

Dr. Boghara is a principal investigator and owner of Epic Medical Research center which also serves in Oklahoma, Arizona and Texas regions.

Chief of Operations

Dr. Bhuva is responsible for Clinical Operations as well as Director of Providers Services. He directs all Clinical support staff including Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, License Vocational Nurses. He supports clinically Physicians and Mid-Level care providers.

Kalpesh was born and raised in India and after earning his Medical Degree relocated to the York, Pennsylvania in 2009. He completed Master in Public Health from Penn State University Hershey medical center. He joined CareFirst Medical Management in 2022 and is vital contributions in working closely with the medical staff.

Legal Counsel

Chris Kelly is a 27-year veteran of healthcare law having served as the General Counsel for public and private companies, including AmSurg, US Anesthesia Partners and Quorum Health Resources. He also partnered with multiple private equity firms to start a physician staffing company as its Chairman and CEO. He has 2 law degrees, including a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) in Healthcare Law from DePaul University in Chicago.

While at AmSurg, he gained extensive public policy experience serving as Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee for the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association in Washington, DC. A graduate of Texas Christian University and the OU College of Law, his primary focus is on healthcare transactions, including assisting physician practices with private equity partnerships.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Patel, as CFO for CareFirst Medical Management, LLC the management company for CFWA he has responsibility for the financial management and financial integrity of all operations.

Niren has over 12 years’ experience as a Certified Public Accountant in the private sector as well as corporate accounting.

Surya leads our data analytics division, providing actionable insights and recommendations on provider's performance, patient's life 360 care, marketing channels and billing

Surya also assists in all financial operations, marketing, office administration, accounts payable and receivable

Surya has 7+ years of data analytics experience and has worked as Decision Scientist and Sales Regional Leader for Mu Sigma Inc.

Surya has earned his Bachelors in Electronics Engineering and Masters in Data Science from Indiana University Bloomington.

Corporate Director of Human Resources

Mrs. Williams serves as the Corporate Director of Human Resources for CareFirst Wellness Associates. She has more than 25 years of experience in the field of human resources, employee management, benefit management, and payroll.

Corporate Director of Information Technology

Mr. Harrison serves as the Corporate Director of IT for CareFirst Medical Management. Ed received training in computers, electronics and management in the United States Navy, and completed additional training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Ed has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology.

As such Mr. Harrison oversees the networks for all our locations and is devoted to providing a safe, secure, and HIPAA compliant network.
